Our lives are characterized by constant letting go - be it things, dreams, places, abilities, or people. Often, we have no choice in what we must release or how. However, we can decide how to better appreciate what we (still) have now.
This workshop offers an opportunity to practice letting go. By doing so, we sharpen our awareness of what truly matters in life. This can help us recognize our priorities more clearly and set them more consciously."
